These Terms of Service govern the use of DV8 Communication Inc.’s reporting and analytics services, including any internal or client-facing dashboards that use Google Ads API or related Google services for authorized Google Ads accounts.
DV8 provides advertising reporting and analytics services for clients. Where authorized, we use Google Ads API data to generate campaign performance reports, dashboards, and insights for Google Ads accounts that DV8 manages, supports, or has been authorized to report on.
Users must explicitly authorize access to their Google Ads accounts through Google OAuth before DV8 accesses any Google Ads data. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal and account-level authority to grant such access.
The service is intended solely for Google Ads performance reporting, campaign analytics and insights, agency-managed or client-authorized advertising account reporting, and internal reporting workflows that support authorized client accounts.
Google Ads data accessed through this service may only be used for reporting and analytics for the authorized account owner or authorized client representative. DV8 does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize Google Ads data; use Google Ads data for advertising targeting outside authorized client accounts; use Google Ads data for personal profiling or unrelated commercial purposes; or transfer Google Ads data to third parties for retargeting, data brokerage, lead generation, or personalized advertising outside the authorized service.
DV8 will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable reporting and analytics services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and are not responsible for service interruptions caused by Google Ads API downtime, changes to Google services or policies, third-party service interruptions, account permission issues, or changes in campaign performance results.
Access may be suspended or terminated if OAuth authorization is revoked, misuse of the service is detected, required compliance conditions are violated, account permissions are removed, or the client relationship or reporting engagement ends.
Users agree to use the reporting and analytics service only for lawful business purposes and only for accounts they are authorized to access. Users must not attempt to access accounts, reports, dashboards, or data for which they do not have permission.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DV8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the reporting service, Google Ads API changes, campaign performance changes, third-party interruptions, or unauthorized use caused by account credential misuse.
